Uganda has abundant cheap labor with cost of unskilled labor ranging between Us $ 1.5 and Us $ 3.0 for 8 man-hours. There is still abundant land ranging from less than 1 to over 100 Ha with no encumbrances. There is readily available lease offers ranging from Us $ 15 to 20 per acre per annum.
