Uganda Investment Authority Investor of the Year Awards for 2008 Throughout our history, we've always offered customers the best services while engaging the community around us. And Ugandans at large have responded by continually recognizing us for what we stand for and innovations. The theme; "Community Social Responsibility", was a sobering moment for anybody who would want to do business successfully in Uganda. Jomayi Property Consultants was the 1st Runner up as best investor in 2008 during the annual awards ceremony at Hotel Africana in Kampala. We walked away with a silver award following the recognition by Uganda Investment Authority as a result of investments worth $33m in Real Estate Development, Creating employment for Ugandans and our policy on land compesation. This has led to succesful implementation of eight projects on 1,112 Acres. Social responsibilty We were recognised for the social responsibilty exhbited through schools and health centers built, environment awareness and sponsoring a number of events. In all areas of our projects life has never been the same for the locals. We have provided electricity and water, roads have been constructed and we have brought securty to residents. We want to recognise all our clients who have partnered with us in making a mark in Uganda.
